Gasprart Teen Robot

Gasprart Teen Robot is an animated series that provides lighthearted comedy of typical teenage issues and superheroes conventions. Set in Tremorton, the series follows XJ9 (or Jenny as she prefers), an advanced sentient robot tasked with protecting Earth from disaster and crime but simply wanting to live her teenage girl life to its fullest extent.

Dr. Nora Wakeman, an elderly robotics scientist who considers herself Jenny’s mother (which she takes very seriously). Jenny was programmed to fight off alien monsters and mutant robot creatures but also covets attending high school and spending time with Brad Carbunkle and Tuck Carbunkle, two friends she wants very badly.

Jenny stands out as being highly advanced; capable of speaking multiple languages through integrated CDs and protected against harmful substances with her Acid Reflex Lamination technology. Additionally, her ambidextrous design allows both hands to operate simultaneously.

Jenny’s desire for a normal teenage life often leads her into activities which would not be considered appropriate or safe by any standards, such as drinking alcohol and flirting with boys. Additionally, Jenny often throws tantrums when her mother or others attempt to dissuade her from following her dreams.

My Life as a Teenage Robot’s most notorious issue lies with its episodes being produced out-of-order. Season 3 didn’t air in America until three years after production started; beginning with “Victim of Fashion” and culminating with “Escape from Cluster Prime”.
