Nonudeteens – How Nonudeteens Turns Nude Teen Photos Into Pornography

Nonudeteens is an app that enables users to conceal sensitive body parts in images of naked teens. The creator reportedly developed it after experiencing online sexual abuse himself and wanted an easier way for people to avoid explicit images of minors. Unfortunately, Nonudeteens has recently been sued by San Francisco’s city attorney over allegations it turns photos of teenagers into pornography.

Anderson Cooper: Under federal child pornography laws, nude images of children created using “nudify” apps such as this one are illegal unless they contain sexually explicit material. She emphasizes the lack of regulation as a major challenge, noting it enables anyone to turn any photo of a teenager into pornography – including photos taken while participating in regular activities, like sports or going on field trips. Some “nudify” sites offer features allowing users to select different sex poses for nude children.
