Teen Upskirt Photos

It should go without saying that taking upskirt photos of teenage girls while shopping at Target is both offensive and potentially illegal; yet that has not stopped many from engaging in such behavior – the latest case coming from Oregon.

Over several months, a 15-year-old high school student was seen secretly filming and taking upskirt pictures of female classmates at school buildings, buses and even at void deck. He shared these offensive images via WhatsApp group chat with his friends, according to police.

The teenager was apprehended after his mother reported him. On Tuesday he was arrested on three charges of insulting the modesty of a woman and possessing an offensive video, along with one charge of trying to influence morals of others through these actions. Additionally a disciplinary charge has also been lodged against him.

His offenses included taking upskirt photos of two girls wearing uniform at a mall and another girl on an MRT train, respectively. Additionally, in 2017 he attempted to coerce one of these students into sending him nude pictures of herself.

The boy’s case has exposed the existence of private forums dedicated to sharing “creepshots,” or images taken without consent, often taken without their knowledge or approval and posted without warning in public areas. Motherboard gained access to one such forum and discovered thousands of upskirt images posted without consent including many showing women in school uniforms, shopping or on public transportation.
